We provide DFM analysis, mold design, high-pressure zinc die casting, trimming, CNC machining, polishing, plating, assembly and quality inspection for highly detailed metal components.
What Is Zinc Die Casting?
Zinc die casting is a fast-cycle metal forming process in which molten zinc alloy is injected under high pressure into a hardened steel mold cavity. Once solidified, the mold opens and the part is ejected — delivering excellent detail, dimensional accuracy and thin-wall capability.
We support Zamak 3, Zamak 5, ZA-8 and hot-chamber process for high-volume production runs.

Advantages of Zinc Die Casting
Zinc Die Casting Mold Design and DFM Analysis
Our DFM team evaluates part geometry, draft angle, wall thickness, ribs, ejector pin locations and gating routing before tool cutting. This ensures optimum flow, minimum defects, shrinkage, mold filling efficiency, dimensional stability and repeatable production.
Why DFM Matters
DFM helps reduce cold shuts, flash, incomplete filling, warpage, plating defects, tooling changes and unnecessary cost.

From Zinc Die Cast Prototypes to Production
Prototype and Design Validation
CNC machining, rapid tooling or limited casting trials can support early verification.
Low-Volume Zinc Die Casting
Bridge production and specialized programs where tooling economics are suitable.
Production Zinc Die Casting
Recurring and high-volume programs requiring fine detail and repeatability.

Decorative Zinc Die Casting for Premium Appearance
Zinc die casting is widely used for handles, knobs, locks, consumer hardware, appliance parts, bathroom hardware, furniture hardware and automotive trim.
Cosmetic design should consider parting lines, ejector marks, polishing allowance, plating thickness, gloss, texture and logo quality.

Common Zinc Die Casting Defects and Prevention
Typical defects include cold shuts, misruns, flash, flow marks, blisters, porosity, warpage, ejector marks, plating pits and surface scratches.
We reduce risk through proper gate and runner design, effective venting, stable melt and die temperature, balanced filling, controlled polishing, plating preparation and tool maintenance.
Thin-Wall Zinc Die Casting
Zinc alloys provide excellent fluidity and can produce thin walls, small details and integrated features.
Final wall thickness must be confirmed through DFM and flow analysis.
